INSPIRED GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 small fresh banana*
- 1 cup frozen mango*
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1/4” knob fresh ginger root
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth!
Notes:
*Use 1 cup fresh fruit + 1 cup frozen fruit for best results. Fresh banana is optimal (creates create a creamy and smooth texture). If you only have frozen fruit, you may need to add more liquid.
Use organic ingredients when possible!
