Refund policy

All refunds must be pre-approved. Please send us a refund inquiry at by clicking here or email info@inspirednutraceuticals.com. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy (from date of delivery). We accept completely sealed products for a 100% refund and opened products for 50% refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned within (30) days from the date of delivery and received in the same condition it was sent to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Returning an Item

You have two options for return:

1) Use your own shipment method to return your item. Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with your order receipt/order number. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. 

For your protection, we recommend that you use USP, UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team.

2)  Request a return shipping label for convenience. If you use our label, the fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
